This is a single piece adapter to allow you to mount a North American license plate (7in center to center mounting holes) to a car with JDM mounting points (210mm).
In order to use this solution, you will need two countersunk M6 bolts to connect to the car, two shallow M6x10mm nuts (preferably less than 3.6mm deep), and M6 bolts to mount the plate to the adapter.
